What is Open Heartedness? It's a quality that we can develop, and it's associated with so much good like being kindly candid, sincere, forthcoming, and having an agility with responding to the emotional appeal of others. Yes, we definitely need more open-heartedness in our lives.

This film is humanism, not just feminism. So no matter if you’re a Barbie, a Ken or even Weird Barbie who’s been played with too hard in the basement, go see the film, and feel, you beautiful human doll, you.

Change isn’t hard, it simply takes a greater capacity for allowing, holding space. What’s hard is the resistance, and luckily we always have power to help ourselves through it.

As adults, many of our heart songs contain grief, deep longings, reflections, and releases. This is definitely one of those for me, with all the shades and colors (not exactly the pictures with butterflies/rainbows/ dinosaurs you’d love seeing from my elementary students.)

The trust fall with the universe. A magical something can come from seemingly nothing. Choosing to create and putting in your best effort, knowing Creation will co-create with you in perfect timing, is the massive game changer. It’s the real fucking deal of hope for humanity. It’s how we change ourselves so we change the world.
